My Mindfulness program is designed to help participants develop mindfulness in their daily lives, reduce stress and improve their well-being. By following a structured framework over several weeks, you will learn to be more present, better manage your emotions and reduce automatic reactions to stressful situations.

This program is for anyone, regardless of age or experience, who wants to better manage stress, anxiety, or simply improve their quality of life. Whether you are a student, professional, or retired, this program can help you develop a new relationship with yourself and your environment. I also offer a perinatal adaptation and a professional version.

The program teaches you to pay attention to the present moment without judgment, which allows you to recognize sources of stress before they become overwhelming. By developing this awareness, you learn to respond in a calmer and more thoughtful way, rather than reacting impulsively or automatically.

The program typically runs for 8 weeks, with a weekly one-hour session and a floor practice session (gentle yoga type). Each week, we explore a specific theme, accompanied by practices and exercises to integrate into your daily life. A personal commitment to practice between sessions is also encouraged to maximize benefits .
