HarmonOptimize is a seminar and workshop facilitation program that allows leaders to bring mindfulness into the workplace and demonstrate an awareness of the need to work and perform with empathy, humanity, and ethics. Focused on FLOW, the workshops harmonize body and mind to optimize performance. They combine neuroscience, mindfulness practices, postural work when necessary, as well as self-leadership techniques, to help individuals reach their full potential, taking into account all aspects (physiological and psychological) to define solid and SMART objectives with the right motivation.
Thematic workshops meet the needs of specific sectors: finance, marketing, education, sales, etc.
The HarmonOptimize Workshops are designed to develop performance, equanimity, then attention, emotional intelligence, and presence, while creating a sense of physiological well-being and clarity.
