My proposal: a seminar or workshop facilitation program, allowing leaders to bring flow to team and interpersonal communication in business. Focused on FLOW, the workshops help embody a growth and open-minded mindset. They combine neuroscience, mindfulness practices, body awareness when necessary, as well as self-leadership techniques, to help individuals reach their full potential, taking into account all aspects (physiological and psychological) to define solid and SMART objectives with the right motivation.
Thematic workshops meet the needs of specific sectors: finance, marketing, education, sales, etc.
The workshops are designed to develop healthy performance, equanimity, then attention, emotional intelligence, and presence, while creating a sense of physiological safety and clarity. These one-day or longer workshops, depending on the corporate retreat, are particularly suited to professionals seeking to align thoughts, emotions, and actions with their professional goals and support the meaning in each individual's mission.
