Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) in companies and mindfulness programmes for individuals are designed to improve well-being, concentration and emotional resilience, but ultimately we're talking about Adaptability, whether personal or collective.
 
In companies, these interventions help to create more attentive and productive working environments, improving collaboration, stress management and decision-making. 1. MBSLT - Mindfulness-Based Self Leadership Training

This unique programme combines the principles of mindfulness and neuroscience to strengthen your resilience and your ability to lead yourself with clarity and serenity.
 
Structure
- Phase 1: Foundations of Mindfulness and Leadership
8 sessions exploring the foundations of mindfulness, emotional regulation and stress management using neuroscientific tools.
- Phase 2: Practical Application and Transformation
4 additional sessions focusing on the integration of skills: conscious communication, energy management, creativity and strategic vision.
- Weekly online practices: gentle yoga and guided meditation to support steady progress.

2. MBLT - Mindfulness-Based Leadership Training
For professionals - CHF 2460 - includes Mindful Leader / HarmonOptimize Method certification

This programme is designed for leaders who wish to integrate mindfulness into their leadership practice to strengthen their impact and positive influence.
 
Structure
- Phase 1: Foundations of Mindful Leadership and Neuroscience
8 sessions integrating mindfulness practices and neuroscientific foundations for team management and emotional intelligence.
- Phase 2: Transformative Leadership
4 sessions focusing on advanced skills: positive influence, creative vision, energy management and growth mindset.
- Weekly online practices: Strengthening the mind-body connection and consolidating learning.

3. MBI - Mindfulness Based Intervention - Stress Reduction and Well-being
For individuals (adults or adolescents +12 years) CHF 860 per person
 
Cultivate balance and serenity through mindfulness
This programme guides you through the integration of mindfulness to better manage your stress, improve your concentration and enhance your well-being on a daily basis.
 
Structure
- 8 themed sessions:
- Managing thoughts and emotions.
- Body awareness (body scan, sitting, movement).
- Techniques for managing stress and regaining balance.
- Weekly online practices: Guided meditation sessions and mindful movement.
 
Expected results
- Reduction in stress and automatic thoughts.

Mindful Leader Certification - HarmonOptimize Method


At the end of the MBLT programme, participants can obtain Mindful Leader - HarmonOptimize Method certification.
This diploma attests to your mastery of mindfulness, applied neuroscience and conscious leadership. It includes :
- Validation of key skills (stress management, emotional intelligence, empathic communication).
- Post-certification follow-up to help you integrate these practices over the long term.
 
This certification enhances your profile in environments where resilience and emotional intelligence are assets.

Self-awareness: a technique for getting to know yourself better, clearly identifying your values and emotional triggers. Self-evaluation and biofeedback to better understand physiological and emotional reactions.

Attention Management: to improve concentration, reduce distractions, manage Infobesity and notifications and prioritise tasks.

Developing cognitive skills: improving decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, using neuroscience techniques to optimise brain function in a complex work context. 
- Change management and adaptability: techniques for the flexibility needed to achieve objectives, mental agility and new perspectives. 
- Leadership and influencing people: Inspiring and guiding authentically, even without a formal leadership role, by focusing on active listening, explemplarity and neuroleadership.
Life balance and management of physical and mental energy: knowing the tools to improve this balance, for healthy, ethical and sustainable performance, including integrating Corporate Yoga, breathing, secular meditation and regulating sleep.
